about horror industries...Horror Industries is a haunted attraction company based in Bowling Green Kentucky. We were founded in 2001 with the establishment of " Halloween House ". Based around the story of Michael Meyers and the Halloween movies it was voted #1 in the state of Kentucky in numerous online polls but was soon forced to close due to the terms of a nearby property sale. Soon thereafter Horror Industries opened "Baker's Hill 1" and "Baker's Hill 2" haunted attractions. We have since closed these 2 haunts in favor of an entirely new concept at our new permanent location; The Massacre on Three Springs Road. With a focus on originality and realism we go against the grain of other haunted attractions who simply provide "Boo!" type scares from predictable actors in rubber masks. Horror Industries presses further, goes deeper to the heart of fear. It will be gritty, it will be raw, but above all it will be highly entertaining!F.A.Q.Is there an age limit?No. There are no set age restrictions. Please be aware however that Horror Industries attractions are very intense and it is our sincere desire to scare everyone who comes to our door. We typically recommend anyone under twelve not enter. We will try to scare them. If your child handles scary situations well and you would like them to come through then feel free... just don't expect anyone to tone it down if they cry.Are there special rates for children or large groups?Admission prices are the same no matter what your age. If you have a group of 12 or more you may be eligible for a discount. Please check with one of the owners at the ticket booth.How long does it take to go through?That depends on a couple variables. A.The size of your group.Small groups typically move through quicker and get tied up less in narrow spaces. Groups are sent through as 10 or less and about 6 people is the optimal size. B. How scared the participants are. If you are scared to death and run all the way through it is obviously not going to take you very long.If you are scared to death and cower in the corner it will take you a bit longer. Normal times range from 20-45 minutes for just the haunted attraction.I can't handle strobe lights or small spaceswill this be a problem?If this is the case it's gonna be rough on you. Make up your mind before you buy your ticket because there are no refunds for any reason.Will you still be open if it rains?While rain may deter some of our attractions such as the Hydratrek ride or mini golf; The Massacre is a mostly indoor attraction and will still be open rain or shine!
